2025 Housing Choice Voucher Program Waiting List

The City of Tyler Housing Agency is no longer accepting applications for the Housing Choice Voucher Program Waiting List.

The random, computer-generated selection of applicants was performed after the online application process closed on June 26, 2025, and was made available online on Monday, June 30, 2025.

On or after June 30, 2025, applicants can utilize their username and password created when previously applying to access www.WaitListCheck.com to view the status of their application.

• An active status:
  • Indicates placement on the City of Tyler’s Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List.
  • Once vouchers and/or funding is available, the agency will contact you.

• An inactive status:
  • Indicates non-placement on the City of Tyler’s Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List.
  • You must reapply when the application process reopens in the future.

Applicants with an active status may access www.AssistanceCheck.com by utilizing their username and password, created at the time of application, to update contact information.
