The District Attorney liaison will serve as the liaison between the Police Department and the District Attorney’s office for the notification of department personnel concerning court subpoenas and trial dates. The liaison will receive case presentation packets from Patrol officers and reviews to ensure completeness according to District Attorney Office criteria.

The liaison will acquire photos, evidentiary documentation, 911 recordings, etc. to provide for each patrol arrest case presentation packet. Case packets will be delivered to the District Attorney’s office for filing and maintains a logbook indicating the dates the cases were filed.
